Né Nepal is proudly founded by women, Ishu Dhakras and Tulja Kedia grew up nestled in the vibrant embrace of Nepal. However during their academic and professional ventures all around the world, a yearning for home continued.
The nostalgia of Nepal lingered, its immersive culture and comfortable familiarity ignited a vision, and brought Ishu and Tulja back. Né Nepal was born to safeguard Nepal’s rich craftmanship, and to create a sustainable future for artisans.

Being reflective of our roots through mindful designs, we aim to offer products that sustain the heart of time.
Our Design
Our designs draw its motif from the natural beauty and architectural history of Nepal. Hand made with an eye for details.
Our packaging looks and smells splendorous. We use lokta paper derived from the south-eastern elevated hills of Nepal. All our ingredients are organic and sourced from local communities all across Nepal.
Fading traditions
From one generation to the next, artisans have preserved their traditional techniques of delicate and refined work. Their discipline and perseverance creates refined trustworthy craft. Yet what has resisted the face of time, and created a rich tapestry of Nepali heritage finds itself fading in the face of modernity. Artisans struggle to find a sustainable approach to continue doing what they love.
